• Write to Us form: You may optionally provide your name and email address along with your message when contacting us for support or feedback.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The contact form is optional and intended for parents or guardians.

(b) Automatically Collected Data

• Device and app information: app version, Android version, device model, and locale (used only to troubleshoot issues and improve compatibility).
• Cloud content delivery (Firebase Firestore): Story content, categories, and media are securely fetched from our cloud database. We do not collect personal identifiers for this.
• Notifications: Your device may receive notifications such as weekly stories or special-day stories. We do not store or share personal notification data.
• Text-to-Speech (TTS): The app uses your device’s built-in Android TTS service. No voice recordings or speech data are uploaded or stored by us.

3. How We Use the Data

• Deliver and improve app content and features,
• Provide customer support and respond to messages,
• Maintain app functionality (e.g., language preferences and notifications).

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties. Anonymous, aggregated data may be used for analytics (for example, number of installs or story reads).

All data transmissions occur over HTTPS, and Firestore data is protected by security rules. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Support messages are retained only as long as needed to address your issue, then deleted.
• You can request deletion of your contact data at any time by emailing savimancreations@gmail.com.

7. Children’s Privacy

StoryTree is designed for families and children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

• Request access to or deletion of your contact data.
• Decline optional features such as notifications in the app settings (if provided by your device).
